August 3, 2026 – Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) is proud to announce that Christina Rhodes, Head of Product and Fragrance Development and R&D at Victoria’s Secret, will be honored at the organization’s 42nd Annual Gala on Thursday, October 1, at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, New Jersey.

The Annual Gala is WFFC’s signature fundraising event, bringing together professionals from across the flavor and fragrance industry to celebrate outstanding leadership, recognize excellence, and support the organization’s educational initiatives, scholarships, and mentorship programs.

A visionary product development and innovation leader, Rhodes has spent more than two decades shaping the future of beauty, fragrance, and personal care. In her current role at Victoria’s Secret, she leads product and fragrance development, driving globally resonant innovations that combine consumer insights, trend forecasting, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret, she spent 15 years at Bath & Body Works, where she helped develop and scale many of the industry’s most successful fragrance and personal care innovations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rhodes is a passionate advocate for the fragrance industry and serves on the Board of Directors of The Fragrance Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on creativity, mentorship, education, and the future of fragrance. She is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership, commitment to developing emerging talent, and dedication to advancing women in leadership.
